Most of the work already has a procedure.

Where is my order, is this covered, can I move my booking. The answer is written down somewhere and the steps are always the same. That is work an agent can hold.

The requests that arrive a hundred times a week are not hard. They are repetitive, they are governed by a policy someone already wrote, and they are answered by a person reading that policy back one message at a time.

The first wave of tools aimed at this could only produce text. They answered from a general model, could not check anything, and could not do anything — so every real request still ended with a human opening the admin panel.

Bunshin is built the other way round. The agent answers from your material, calls the tools you attach to it, and follows the workflow you drew. A request can end in an action, and the whole run reads back afterwards as a trace of what it did.

The part we care most about is the handover. The agent takes the requests with a procedure; a person takes the judgment calls, mid-sentence if it comes to that. You are never locked out of your own operation.

Where agents run today. WhatsApp is built but not released, so it is not on this list.
